Welcome to lyapcare.com.np and LyapCare Firmware Studio (“LF Studio”) (collectively referred to as the “Platform”, “Services”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). By accessing, registering an account, purchasing products, or using our software applications and Schematic Cloud services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, please do not use our Platform.

1. About Us & Operating Entity

LyapCare (Lyap Care Surunga) is an officially registered business under the laws of Nepal, located in Kankai, Jhapa, Nepal. We provide laptop motherboard repair components, IC chips, specialized technician equipment, and software engineering tools including LyapCare Firmware Studio (LF Studio) and Schematic Cloud.

2. User Accounts, Licenses & Passkeys

Access to certain software features, firmware catalogs, and technician portals requires a registered account or an authorized Passkey/Hardware ID (HWID) license:

• Confidentiality: You are responsible for safeguarding your license passkey, credentials, and API access tokens.
• Single-Device / Seat Terms: Each LF Studio license is bound to the designated number of activated seats. Reselling, unauthorized cloning, or sublicensing passkeys is strictly prohibited.
• Account Termination: We reserve the right to suspend or terminate licenses or accounts violating these terms, engaging in abuse, or attempting to reverse engineer licensed cloud services.

3. Software Tools & Firmware Studio (LF Studio)

LF Studio is a specialized utility suite created for professional hardware technicians and electronics engineers to analyze Intel CSME/ME/TXE regions, extract vendor BIOS binaries, and troubleshoot laptop firmware:

• Authorized Use: You agree to use LF Studio only on computer hardware and firmware dumps you legally own or are authorized to service by the rightful owner.
• Technical Safeguards: Firmware modifications (e.g., Clean ME, EC Region Injection) are sensitive electronic operations. Technicians are solely responsible for creating and retaining verified backups of original SPI ROM chips before programming.

4. Schematic Cloud & Technician Submissions

Schematic Cloud enables peer-to-peer and cloud-assisted technical document sharing (schematics, boardviews, component datasheets) to facilitate electronic repair:

• Contributed Content: By submitting or uploading repair reference files, you confirm that the material is intended for diagnostic and educational repair use, and does not contain malicious payloads, malware, or illicit private data.
• Verification Queue: All technician contributions undergo administrative quarantine and verification prior to indexing and archiving.
• Google Drive Integration: Where cloud storage is integrated with Google Drive APIs, LF Studio accesses, stores, and organizes submitted technical documentation strictly in accordance with Google's API Services User Data Policy and our Privacy Policy.

5. E-Commerce Purchases, Pricing & Delivery

• Product Accuracy: We strive to ensure accurate descriptions, images, and specifications for ICs, electronic chips, and diagnostic tools. Specifications are based on manufacturer documentation.
• Currency & Payments: Prices are displayed in Nepalese Rupees (NPR) and US Dollars (USD). Transactions are securely processed through authorized payment channels.
• Shipping & Delivery: Delivery timelines depend on courier partners across Nepal and international destinations. Shipping guidelines and refund conditions are governed by our Return & Refund Policy.

6. Intellectual Property

The Lyapcare name, branding, website design, documentation, and proprietary code within LF Studio are the intellectual property of LyapCare. Third-party brand names, trademarks (e.g., Intel, Dell, HP, Lenovo, ASUS), and chip model numbers mentioned on the Platform are referenced solely for technical compatibility, diagnostic identification, and educational purposes.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties & Limitation of Liability

Our services, tools, and technical documentation are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. While we strive for maximum precision and testing, motherboard repair inherently carries electronic risk. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law in Nepal:

• LyapCare disclaims all warranties, express or implied, regarding fitness for a particular hardware repair or uncorrupted operation.
• In no event shall LyapCare or its operators be liable for indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages resulting from firmware flashing errors, soldering damage, or third-party cloud service interruptions.

8. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Nepal, including the Electronic Transactions Act and the E-Commerce Act. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Jhapa, Nepal.

9. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to revise these Terms at any time. When updates occur, we will post the revised Terms on this page with an updated “Last updated” date. Your continued use of the Platform after changes are published constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
